A generic modern military patrol boat. Armed with computer controlled guns, missiles and depth charges, this type of patrol boat is found in most navies of the world today.
The Poser model is fully rigged for animation. There are three ERC controls on the body to control the screws, the sensors and the rudders (linked to the wheel). Individual parts, such as doors, guns, missiles, hatches and depth charges, are moveable and can be controlled by clicking on the individual parts. Limits are applied.
The original model is available from Gunpoint (www.gunpoint-3d.com) in MAX, Cinema4D and Lightwave formats (unrigged).
The model is UV mapped and textured. Please note that this model is not based on a single real world ship, but a composite of the various types in use today. The textures are composites of rust and hull patterns found on actual ships which were photographed in a Dublin harbour over the course of a 9-hour research trip.
