It feels like I'm in space with these ships. The starfield gives the image a good sense of depth.
A "Star Wars" shuttle flying next to an "Aliens" ship in front of Earth? That's messed up. lol :)

Nice work. Like JHoagland said, I like the sense of depth. Maybe a slight motion blur on the background could help the feeling of movement?

The Earth is a model which includes textures for most of the planets in our solar system and some of the moons.
I am trying to fined the zip file for the planets so as to fined out were I got it from and who made them.
