Product Description
Inspired by the townhouse or "brownstone" buildings commonly found in city neighborhoods, these are multi-level rowhouse-style dwellings made of a brownstone material. Let your characters stroll down the sidewalk or sit on the stoop and shoot the breeze with your neighbors.
.: Product Features :. Two Poser figures: obj, cr2/ png. Buildings (with sidewalk): 303,313 polygons -This figure includes three highly detailed buildings. -Seven (7) small trees and two (2) bushes are in front of the right building. -Each tree and bush are separate parts which can be hidden or shown to suit the needs of your scene. -Front sidewalk area with small fenced areas, which are perfect for the included tree models, and two parking meters
Note: This building set is designed for use a facade, so the doors and windows do not open and there are no interiors behind the windows.
Trees: 60,378 polygons -This figure includes four tree models, each of which can be hidden or shown to suit the needs of your scene. -Each tree has its own Bark and Leaves surface material for more customization. -Use the included material presets to change the leaves.
.: Material Presets (mt5) :. Material files are included for all surface materials, allowing you to mix & match material settings. Unlike MAT poses, material presets can be applied to any material, not just the surface material specified in the file. List of included material presets: -Tree Bark: texture and bump maps -Black Metal: color and reflection map -Brick1: texture and bump maps -Brick2: texture and bump maps -Concrete1: texture and bump maps -Concrete2: texture and bump maps -Concrete3: texture and bump maps -Concrete4: texture and bump maps -Leaves Style 1: texture, bump, and transparency maps -Leaves Style 2: texture, bump, and transparency maps -Leaves Style 3: texture, bump, and transparency maps -Leaves "off": transparency map to hide the leaves -Window Frames: texture and bump maps
.: Camera Presets (cm2) :. Ten (10) camera preset files are included. Use these presets to render your scene or use them as a starting point. All of the sales images were rendered from the camera presets included in this file.
.: Textures :. All surface materials use texture and bump maps. The tree leaves use "leaf" transparency maps for extra detailing. No shader nodes were used on this model except for Reflection on the BlackMetal material. Texture templates are not included; the materials use "maximized" mapping and will take any image file.
.: Poser Scene File (pz3) :. Includes the following: -Building model -Trees model -Camera angle already positioned towards the buildings -Lighting
Note: The light set uses ray-traced shadows an Ambient Occlusion turned on for added detail. Note that this may increase render times, especially when you add large-polygon figures to your scene.
