Product Description
The US Truck is a model of an American `Big Rig` and is a composite design based upon classic and modern lorries.
The design inspiration comes from Peterbilt and Mack trucks seen in movies such as Duel and Smokey and the Bandit, and TV shows such as Knight Rider.
This model also comes complete with various forms of cargo. Including a trailer, 2 types of large shipping containers for the trailer, 2 types of panel body containers for the truck, 1 Dust Cart (Garbage body) and Cement Mixer.
: Product Features :.
On the truck model: turnable wheels, opening left and right doors, plus a hinged bonnet (hood) that opens and closes showing the engine. Includes ERC dials on the BODY to move these parts.
On the cargo models: you can open the doors on the containers, with an ERC dial on the BODY.
On the trailer: theres rotating wheels and a "stand" which can rotate up and down.
The stand is used to support the trailer and cargo when no truck is connected, and is swung up when the trailer is on the road.
Also in this pack is a great selection of textures:
For the truck: 5 textures for use in all versions of Poser (should also work in DAZ Studio, Carrara and Vue) plus 4 .MC6 material/shader sets for use in P6 and higher. Plus a link to TemplarGFX`s freebie set of 158 Procedural Car Materials for P5/P6/P7.
For the cargo: Theres 2 texture sets for each of the two types of container, 2 sets for both types of the panel body container, 1 texture set for the dustcart and 1 texture set for the Cement Mixer.
Plus there`s also a MY MAPS MAT pose - an easy to use system which allows you to easily make your own textures.
Finally for artists who like to use Poser models within Vue and Carrara, there`s full instructions on how to import the model and for Vue 5 users a link to Belgarths freebie `Pearl_Essence_Metallic_Car_Paints`.
