Product Description
Introducing what might be the first-ever two-dimensional (2-D) poseable figure for Poser. That`s right- a 2-D figure for a 3-D software program!
Character Biography In the dark labs of the former Soviet state of Omagaria, scientists experimented on creating a super-spy for the new millennium. They tried everything, from invisibility cloaks to serums to experiments in gravity and magnetism. For years, nothing worked- all of their "volunteers" died a horrible death. But, one day, in 1984, they found success: this thing that would become Mr 2D emerged from the test chamber alive! And instead of screaming, as the other subjects had done, his first word was "Dada".
Upon realizing that he was created as a super-spy for an era with spy satellites and nuclear weapons, Mr 2D found himself a new purpose: to fully embrace the logical absurdity that he himself represented.
Not content to sit around feeling useless, he decided to spread his idea of the "logical absurdity" around the world. He constructed twenty-seven "idea bombs" which he planted in various cities around the world. When the bombs went off, it seemed like nothing happened: there was no explosion, no debris, no fumes- nothing that could be seen or felt!
However, the damage was slowly seeping into the world. Instead of creating new logical absurdities, the bomb simply amplified the already existing ones. Within a few years, the added bureaucracy was starting to show, and the bomb became known as the "b-bomb". -When you call the bank and get an endless maze of voice options, none of which answer your question? That`s the b-bomb. -When your internet service provider says, "If you`re having problems connecting to the Internet, please see our website." That`s the b-bomb. -When your boss calls a three hour meeting every-other-day to talk about how the office can`t waste any more time and needs to get the project finished, that`s the b-bomb.
Before long, these kinds of absurdities could be seen on the labeling of products: -On a cup of hot coffee: "Caution: contents are hot". -On a bottle of children`s medicine: "Do not drive or operate heavy machinery." -On a jar of peanut butter: "Warning. May contain peanuts." -On a jar of yogurt: "Warning. May contain active yogurt cultures."
Over the years, a number of studies were conducted to try to reverse the effects of the b-bomb, but as expected, none have succeeded. Almost every study was abandoned when the scientists were buried in the mountain of paperwork, regulations, and safety procedures.
To this day, Mr 2D remains at large, spreading his logical absurdities all over the world.

To make him frown, simply select the Mouth and adjust the Frown dial. To make him smile, simply use the Rotate dial (on the Mouth) to turn that frown upside down.
You can create a different look by hiding or showing the various body parts.
The hat is a separate body part which can be moved, rotated, or hidden to suit the needs of your scene.
Important Note: Since this character is a two-dimensional figure, the body parts can only be rotated in the z-axis. Because of this, the figure can not sit down or bow (bending at the waist) and can not grasp objects in his hands (bending of the fingers).
