Product Description
Originally commissioned by MJ007, and based on real world buildings and references, here`s an American style High School. This model also makes for a nice office block.
This model has 2 parts...
The first part is a single building scaled to standard sized Poser people. Working features include opening doors and a selection of opening windows. Extra details include an assortment of roof accessories like vents.
The second part is an optional small room-like inset with blackboard, moveable desks and bin. This has been designed, created and included so you can easily create `look through window sequences` as found in some TV cartoons.
It also has 3 texture variants, with MAT poses, so you can use it for both redbrick and urban schools. As this model is physically scaled to the same size as a real school building, and is designed primarily for middle to background useage, texture sizes are typically 1024x1024. A set of basic templates are included if you want to make your own, or higher res maps.

School Building, at 56,811 polygons:
-Front, rear, and side doors can open and close (with ERC dials on the BODY).
-The vents on the roof can be hidden, shown, or rotated to suit the needs of your scene.
-Windows numbered 01A to 14A can open and close (with individual ERC dials on the BODY).
-The interior doors do not move.
-Three texture variants/ MAT poses.
School Room, at 864 polygons:
-Scaled to fit within the rooms of the school building.
-All three desks, all three chairs, and the garbage can are separate body parts which can be moved or rotated to suit the needs of your scene. (The trans and rotate dials have been made visible.)
